Folks keep asking: what’s my opinion on Mt. Olive pickles? Mt. Olive stepped up to attend the Great American State Fair even though NC’s governor decided not to send delegates. In today’s political climate, that was beyond brave. It showed true North Carolina grit. I’m so proud of them for stepping up to represent us when our own governor wouldn’t. Yes, they pulled out after a fictional version of the NC flag-rebel flag mash-up was depicted. Am I going to boycott them? NO! Mt. Olive has been providing North Carolina with jobs and superior pickles since 1926! They have a brand and product to protect. Stepping away from the event was the smart thing to do for them. I’m not mad at them. Please don’t destroy a local business whose hand was forced. 🙏🏼

Today is Matthew Perna’s 42nd birthday. He died in February of 2022 after the Joe Biden administration mercilessly bullied and tormented him for over a year. The final straw for Matt was receiving the news that the government would seek a terrorism enhancement for his sentencing which would have added years and years of prison time. Matt walked peacefully through the Capitol on January 6th, and saluted police officers who watched him walk by without ever asking him to leave. I read the news of Matt’s suicide while I was serving a house arrest sentence for a crime I didn’t commit. Matt’s story was the first thing in 13 months of hell that showed me definitively that what was being done to me and hundreds of others truly was as bad as I thought it was. I never met him, yet he feels like family to me now. And I consider his aunt, @GeriPerna, to be family. I know Matt’s relatives sorely miss him. To this day, there has been no justice or recognition for what happened to Matthew Perna.

I hate to say this but please hear me out. For decades, I have made a daily Herculean effort to warn people about the dangers facing the West. I’m invigorated. Just went to the Walmart off of Lacrosse Street in Rapid City & had 10 different people — including families — positively approach me. They saw the video & how I was treated unfairly at the dinner. I told each of them that I was simply here to help pass the SAVE America Act. They said that they won’t be supporting Senator Thune in 2028. I also asked them to vote in the gubernatorial runoff on Tuesday, July 28th. Thank you to every single person that had my back — it means the world. That one video reached more South Dakota voters in 24 hours than I could have knocked in 24 months.
