I'm 1 month old. Signed my 2nd client. From coding my first "Hello World". To writing online. You guys asked for this. The Albert letter debuts.
With so many coaches, gurus, solopreneurs, etc. there is a LOT of noise being made. Your mission is to provide clarity and value. Because at the end of the day, you’re either rising above the noise, or becoming part of it. Don’t add to the noise, set yourself apart from it.
You don’t need thousands of followers to monetize X. You just need to be able to solve BIG problems for a small group of people who trust you to be their problem solver. The bigger the problem you solve, the more valuable your expertise becomes. But it all begins with trust.
I know a lot of you are small creators trying to grow, so I want to share with you what’s worked for me. -For every 100 comments I leave on other users’ tweets, I average 30 new followers a day. -For every 3 tweets a day, I average another 30 new followers a day. Try it out
We started on Facebook, where we have 20,000 fans and a thriving group of 1,000+ freelancers helping each other succeed! (Don’t cancel me, @elonmusk 😬)

Alex Hormozi will go down in history as the greatest hat salesman ever. Why? Because he gave away so much value for free, it made his community want to buy the silly $150 hats as a thank you. People naturally want to reciprocate gifts, it’s human nature.
X isn’t the place to sell, it’s a community to develop relationships within. It’s also a great place to find mentors. Where else are you going to get access to all the world’s greatest minds in one place? Find someone further along than yourself, and start picking their brain.
Learned a lot from Louder with @GregLunt27 and @thevirgilbrew! Plenty of actionable insight to be gleaned from those two, I highly recommend catching their next space 🍻
Consistency is rewarded with compounding returns. Business is a marathon. The longer you stick around, the less crowded it gets. Until one day, you realize you’re at the top. Keep showing up.
Remember, the right branding will attract the right clients. If you’re having to fire clients, your message might be attracting the wrong ones. Tell a story that will resonate with the kind of people you *want* to work with.
The idea is 80% of the work. Because despite what people tell you, publishing a lot of content is no good if that content is full of half-baked, sub-par ideas. Everybody talks about how to write more content. Nobody talks about how to come up with better ideas.

Cold outreach isn’t dead. It’s my bread & butter. But you have to personalize it. Think about what kind of emails and LinkedIn connection requests would grab your attention. Be personal, be authentic and be funny. Make the subject attention-grabbing.
I’ve been on Twitter for a long time, but I only recently started taking it seriously. Since then, I’ve gained thousands of new followers. The numbers aren’t important though. I could have just as much impact with a smaller following. Because the same 100 people drive my growth
Good copy makes sales, but only with *distribution*. Your copy didn’t generate $200,000 in revenue. It takes both, great copy AND quality traffic. That traffic costs money, it has value. So does the copy, but without traffic it’s worthless.
For content, I charge clients 50% upfront and the remainder upon delivery. But digital marketing is a vertical that tends to attract a lot of unpaid invoices, so I invoice in full before starting the work when it comes to SEO/SEM/SMM. When are you billing your clients?
