I crossed the finish line!! 🎉 That was a huge challenge but I made it! I kept going even through the most intense miles! Grateful for the constant encouragement from the audience! And I've raised £345 for @DementiaUK so far 💜 Happy to have made it and to support @DementiaUK .
At the beginning of this month I was in crisis, off sick, on the list for an inpatient psych bed and having multiple crisis team visits a day I'm ending the month with a staycation in Wales, listening to the waterfalls in the rain, and feeling myself again Take that depression
We received a call late Mon from a veteran who had found herself & her dog homeless We immediately sorted a temp room & food for her and her little friend, we set to work on finding them somewhere permanent. Working with the AF Hub Scunthorpe she now has a home #strongertogether
