I live in Ireland, but I am not Irish. I just escaped the shit hole the country is becoming that you’re shit posting about. And believe me, I know about all the stuff that’s going wrong in Germany, but requiring workers to get a sick leave notice from the doctor certainly isn’t. And if you ever owned a company in Germany you would certainly agree.

@Physalis20 @Deon5455 @Megatron_ron If you want to stay at home with paid leave, don’t forget Germany has that from day one, then there is no reason to not get a doctor to approve that. Otherwise you’re just taking a day off work without actually taking a real day off your holiday allowance.

Your post is BS. If you’re sick you go to a local gp in the morning, tell them what’s going on and they give you the sick leave for a couple of days. Yeah, you may have to wait for a couple of hours in the doctors office before you’re assessed, but nowhere in Germany will it take days or weeks to be seen by a GP ! Stop posting BS. Wenn man keine Ahnung hat einfach mal die Fresse halten!

Many other companies such as @amazon do the same BS, then disguise it as sustainable shipping and brag about how much packaging they saved (aka more share holder value because of decreased packaging costs) in their emails. They even force sellers (by penalizing them if they don’t comply) nowadays to box their products in a way it can be shipped in its product packaging. It’s awful, especially since card board can be recycled easily and rottens naturally too. Everything I realize an Amazon product is shipped in the product package by default I select additional boxing, which often is not easy to find.
