@hankgreen I got a drug when I had an endoscopy and I was awake and apparently answered appropriately for a while but I have no memory of it. I’ve been thinking of seeing if I can get my hands on it for the next month.

@themediawitch @lizziebelle It shouldn’t work. Since people are content with Hollywood and fiction being remakes or ripoffs of past works, I fear that current “AI” is perfect at filling off the serial numbers. But anything factual will be wrong or plagiarism

@themediawitch Yes, I am rooting for the company, they have a potentially good approach. In theory a pause for review is part of the overall vaccine safety and should inspire confidence. But in practice I don’t know if anyone is really convincible.

@RichardDooling @StephenKing After vaguely wondering since 1978, I looked it up and now I know a Thompson Gun is the full name of a Tommy Gun used by gangsters in movies. Never made the association, thought Tommy Guns would have been too old and obsolete. Thanks for the prodding.

@lizziebelle That’s a relief. It was unlikely but it is too common and classic, I feared you could be a textbook example. I know too many ignored or missed heart attacks. I feared saying nothing and regretting it forever.
