your vagal tone needs to be strong. it is a bundle of nerves responsible for that mind body connection. slow mindful walks, listening to soft music & the sound of birds, humming, singing breath work, cold showers, healing the gut, yoga are some effective methods to strengthen it.

@mightbeautistic My favorite number is 7... I also really like 1 and 3, but not particularly 5 or 9. Strongly dislike most even numbers, unless they are multiples of 10. Those are on thin ice. Pattern continues higher up. 3-digit repetitive even numbers are okay. I count a lot. 💞
