For operations of the line? If the line fails or starts a fire who bears the risk? the utility who must assume that risk for free.

@AriPeskoe Btw, I’m not saying rolled in rates for data centers is the solution but rolling in rates, in some circumstances, can lead to lower costs for consumers. It’s case specific and depends on upgrade costs versus expanding the MWh sale base.
