@bindustrialguy 5 of the buildings in our portfolio are Multi-Tenant Industrial from 1600- 4000 sqft. All 5 are 100% full. When any Tenant moves they are leased before they do. Or within the month of moving out.
@bindustrialguy It is still surprisingly hard to secure construction debt for industrial over 20MM. It will take a while for supply to catch up to demand.

@ddakotes @bindustrialguy I am on a monthly national industrial call with our main offices throughout the country. Some markets are extremely slow right now, it was rather depressing the last couple of months. Houston, thankfully, has remained pretty active. Rents will climb again back half of 2024
