I’ve met too many moms who stopped (or never started) breastfeeding simply because they didn’t feel like abstaining from alcohol for an extended period of time 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Breastfeeding *is* time consuming. But you’re doing it to provide optimal (and customized) nutrition to your child. It also decreases the risk of breast cancer. Formula should be a last resort and saved for those who actually need it. Normalize breastmilk banks.

@savingsav I went cold turkey after 2.5 years of breastfeeding. We had a few weeks where it was instinctively expected in the middle of the night but it was much easier than I expected

There are millions of men whose lives would have been much worse without abortion. Men who wouldn't have found their big loves, wouldn't have their kids, wouldn't have been as successful, wouldn't have taken big risks. Many of them don't think about it. Some don't even know it.
