Go to this gym he’s pretty spot on for first part. remote corporate or internet work (social media, ecom, fitness) so there’s flexibility and they make good money so want to live by beach go to best gym so you see a bigger population of these types during day. Go after 5PM and you still see a huge amount of people that still work regular industry in office, normal hours. I feel like most CA coastal cities family money is a huge role too. Parents are boomers and have lots of assets help out a lot. And also one of the chillest beach towns out there so a lot of people just want to skate by and live life in the good weather by beach don’t work as hard as some one in LA proper/NYC🤷‍♂️

@BowTiedBroke Went on backpacking trip to Vietnam and one of the stops was Nha Trang, a beach town with a bunch of Russians and a exotic food court. Ate crocodile, kangaroo, ostrich and some mystery meat which I deduced as horse and dog. Crocodile is delicious
