It really isn’t difficult… When passing a vulnerable road user you must provide a MINIMUM of 1.5 metres gap at speeds up to 30mph. Go faster = wider gap. If you struggle with this notion, please stop driving and return your licence to the DVLA. #Fatal5 - careless driving.
