@linzsharman @UKRunChat @LondonMarathon From experience, suggest only 1 set of insoles. Cannot comment on the pain, but I am currently training for an Ultra & use a 30 minutes yoga session each day for knees, hips & ankles; I can tell the difference & not suffered with stress & pain from training runs. Recommended.
