@TopherNOW I love it for when I have urgent tasks I need to tackle but a backlog of stuff waiting to do.. removes a ton of stress. Use it to draft proposals, access detailed info I need on the go that’s saved to my laptop

@ttrauser @mitsuhiko Yayayaya exactly - “can’t we just do this?” Without understanding the workflow at all. Or suggesting a workflow be different without having been involved ever. My favorite is when they go to an LLM and post the most generic prompt for strategy and share a 12 page doc of nonsense

Basically à la carte consulting. 1. Workshop/audit - go in, implement your basic LLMs for them based on needs/current stack, ID problems, generate roadmap, set up Cowork/projects, etc @ 8-12k 2. Build a custom tool if the thing they’re looking for is complex, needs development 7.5k starting 3. Retainer - hourly management, of tool, ad hoc meetings etc - around 3-5k/mo Kinda hating the idea of future workshops though bc they’re not recurring and I don’t want to be the “meetings guy” (and they’re not entirely incentivized to keep you coming back once deployed) Hardest part is like measuring ROI on what you’re doing for them and pushing the C suite to make sure everyone is on the same boat. Most people want to do things the same way, so change is the hardest part right now

I have at 8k/mo bumped to 12k last week but still waiting to hear back. No domain expertise but 4 years development experience. I think the harder part is the change management side, half the company is still redlining docs by hand… I dont think X understands that most people are too scared to try and learn or those that do want to learn are still a year+ behind
