START has started Tai Che classes in Basingstoke ..
START attended the Winchester support hub for Ukranians this week to offer trauma support - a good turn out and a really useful network opportunity .
START is going to be offering free Tai Chi sessions for those on our waiting lists from September as part of our wraparound survivor support .

START have successfully trained staff to be trauma informed and now have two Trauma champions
The Lotus Programme is holding its first Male only programme this month . We believe the first in the UK.
