@TheFlyingChild Very relatable. The world carries on moving and no one observes your own stillness. You wonder why the conveyor belt hasn't stopped with you. I've had moments where I think it's them, only its not. But at the time, you feel your heart is louder than thunder.

I saw a photo of myself when I was around 7. I realised that it was on a holiday that my abuser had come on with us, as our babysitter. The enormity of me being the only person in the world who knew is so sad and a lonely place. This is what I will be working on next in therapy🥺
