@trackjenny Two different people asked us to respond to you and recommend @WINDetergent , which you can get in the US from windetergent.com or from Amazon. But it's not available in Europe. If you can't find a good sports detergent, make sure you use HOT water to wash.

@wbrent01 @BibRave I'm lazy so I dry them on low heat. No issues for many years. Many people insist on air drying their gear, but to me that's just another day before I can run in it again.

A5: My winter running tights smell the worst. Obvs I wash with @WINDetergent. Washing on HOT and drying on low or no heat does the trick! #BibChat

@Jmonst @sobsa @BibRave Not with synthetics. Tech gear rarely bleeds colors, so it's usually OK to wash whites with colors. Be careful about the first time you wash a dark colored race tee tho -- they're made of pretty cheap fabrics. #BibChat

A4: I wash everything after each run. Winter gear seems to smell worse than summer gear, but it's all pretty bad! #BibChat

A3: Worst thing I ever smelled while running was a dead skunk. I think I turned around before I actually got to it. Wow. #BibChat

@TrainWithBain @mhaarhues @BibRave Definitely. Washing on HOT is fine for most tech fabrics, but dry on low or no heat. #Bibchat

@wbrent01 @BibRave Sometimes yes, even if the tags read cold. If you feel like your clothes are getting clean in cold water, great. If not, try a wash on warm or hot & see what happens. Very unlikely you'll do any damage, and very likely your clothes will be cleaner. #bibchat
