The recruitment agency is broken. It prioritizes candidate volume, ease of fill, and closing deals over company and candidate priorities. And it's easy to see why when it's based on "pay for placement". Companies and candidates deserve better. Here's how @RaaSwell fixes it:

@SamueILFC People really need to do a bit more research into how clubs are run. FSG have nothing to do with transfers and sure as sh*t don’t tell Klopp who to buy or sell. FSG have provided funds, just like they did last summer. You may not like the amount, but there’s clearly money there
