I’ve been trying to find the strength, between the cognitive dissonance of what I know to be true and what my brain wants to believe in. It’s so frustrating and difficult. Pray for strength for me to make it out.

Stop expecting honesty from a narcissist. They aren’t even honest with themselves.

A pillow that they can use and leave behind, moving into place at will, covering their loneliness

It’s been 7/8 years since I’ve had sex or even cuddling. My coercive controller won’t leave me alone to find love and happiness for myself, but certainly won’t give it to me. Like if you want to be asexual why drag me along with it? I don’t understand.

My hair goes undone, hasn’t been cut in years. Luckily it’s still nice enough. My pelvic floor is failing. I pee when I cough. My vagina is getting its first grey hairs. How can I feel about this? Ugh.

I come and I go, both seeing myself and losing myself again and again and again.

I didn’t shower for days. I walked through mud and my feet were brown with it. I laid in my bed and didn’t care if any transferred.

You can't hurt someone constantly and expect their energy to be the same. Even people with good hearts have limits.

My childhood trauma. Made me look in all the wrong places for acceptance and love, I made choices I wish I hadn’t. Self soothed the fuck out of drugs and alcohol. Pretend I was okay when I wanted to die. & I made sure everyone else around me was happy. So they would like me.

Super grateful that I feel ok today. Have to take the good when I can. ❤️🙏❤️
