I am appalled at @GAMEdigital @GAMEHelps customer service. I emailed to find out what has happened to the game that I preordered for delivery on 26th Sept and I received this reply. You say most issues have been resolved so you’re closing my ticket!! You have resolved nothing!

@GAMEdigital I preordered Legend of Zelda, Echoes of Wisdom and have not received it. Keep being fobbed off with ‘it will be with you soon’ I’m giving @GAMEdigital until Friday and then I’ll start the very long process of getting my money back! Not happy!

I received my 1st bill from @eon_next. The app says I’ve used 176.70 but the bill says 519.70. I’ve been told the bill is correct & the app is wrong! I was also told I can put in a complaint about the bill but (I quote) They won’t do anything!! Anyone know what I can do?
