I'm working with some incredible student nurses at the moment. Despite a heavy shift on the ward today, I left with a spring in my step because I'm so excited for them. They really give me hope.
YES this Mental Health Nurse nailed it. We are all being forced to stretch so far outside our own remit because people are struggling, and support they need just isn’t there.
I would like to submit my own question ‘Would people rather be at home, in pain, freezing cold, too fatigued to get washed and dressed, or would they rather be fit and well enough to have a life including the social and contribution aspects of work? 🤔 Answers to @RishiSunak 🤥
