@QuoVadis561 @davehelman_ As a Bears fan living in WI, this used to happen to me all the time. Less now the games are more spaced, but it's so dumb. Even most GB fans, given a choice, would rather watch the final seconds of a close Bears game and miss a few GB plays. But them's the rules.

@LouStagner My experience with mats is they tend to flatten out the bottom of my swing a little bit. If I hit a little behind the ball, the club slides through and I still make decent contact. On grass, the same swing digs in and I hit it fat. At least, that's how I perceive the mat effect.

@dissidentwest It's not all TV shows, though. Just those really high-end ones that have super-high production values. Still very frustrating, especially when there's only 8-10 episodes. I can live with one season per year if it's good enough, but beyond that it seems kinda ridiculous.
