@RorateCaeli He can't. Unconstitutional, which is why it was tossed to begin with. Cf. 10th Amendment. Where in the Constitution does it say Fed govt has power to regulate abortion--or marriage? That power belongs to the States.

@MoreBirths @LMSChairman One of the lessons is that the Battle of Lepanto was merely a temporary setback for Jihad. The lesson yet to be learned by Europeans is that all govt. benefits, esp. for retirees, are paid for by current workers. Low birth rate = fewer workers = collapse of govt. benefits.
