I’m getting 12 high quality gallery based instagram posts for a client every month. Each post gets between 2-5k users engaging with them. The cost? $250. Global talent is honestly crazy. And per hour they’re still making about $10-13.
If you aren’t long on overseas talent you’re missing out, bad. I’ve spent ~10k in the last year hiring fantastic team members in the Philippines, India and Peru and I’m still saving 3-4x if I hired state side. The alpha is insane. And the people are generally hungrier/driven.
The difference between Shorts, Reels and TikTok is wild when it comes to content that works. Shorts loves quick meme content for the niche one client is in. TikTok loves authentic, unedited content where the main subject is providing value. Instagram is somewhere in between.

Crazy that having one format work on TikTok can just be replicated over and over as a series and seemingly print endlessly. Working with a client now and hitting the same hook, structure and CTA at the end 3x’s other story structures.

@levelsio @SMBStudent Specifically I’d add prompt language to show specific messages around questions like “are you a therapist?” And any kind of suicidal thoughts sending to helpline and stuff. With proper safeguard though this can be very helpful in democratising access!
