RAMS vs DUNEDIN CITY 5-0 win Fun game, we moved the ball well and played consistently well in tight spaces. This goal may look fortunate but its straight from the training ground, we sucked the opponent in, we broke their press, and with counter pressure we forced the error.

UNDERSTANDING TEMPO This is king. A game intelligence skill that adds dimensions individual tempo - are you calm & cold or intense & hot when you need to be. team tempo - are you controlled & patient or fast & lethal when you need to be. Tempo should always be on your terms
GAME vs UC — 4:3 win A game of two halves. Again. Cruising 3-0 playing some fun football. Then we lost our way second half. A red card and changes to our approach unsettled us. Lost control of tempo. Lost control of the game… we keep learning. Love having the ball!

@Ryan_Edwards_NZ Great post. We used to talk about team tempo a lot. The ability to read the needs of the game and execute as a unit. I love your frame of individual tempo. Too many players comfort zone is "intense and hot".
