As coaches, we must take care of the details during our sessions. Finding strategies to make shorter and more concise speeches will help to have more time for playing. And having a more efficient training session.
Over the years, I've noticed a key to effective training: How you introduce the drill. Place players directly and show an example for quicker assimilation and smoother execution.
their level of skill needs to perfectly match the challenge of the task and - according to the above - they need to be enjoying themselves. And, probably, so do you...😜 (Inspired by a comment by @Dan_Cottrell about Flow tonight....🤔) Have fun in yr coaching ❤️
