A successful job search looks like this: figure out first where you are, what you want to do, and how you need to get to your goal, and then execute - make your first step. Don't start with a resume, and then try to figure out what you want to do.

@RichCimini Since this year proves ANYTHING can happen, why wouldn't you put your best-hands DB as the deep back in Victory Formation instead of a WR or RB? In case of emergency, someone like @jwhite_333 is way better running forward to dive for a ball than any offensive player.

Odd to say, but the most important part of your #JobSearching prep might be your choice of a file name for your resume. A generic resume.pdf might cost you the interview if the recruiter liked your resume but can’t find it later. #JobSearch

My #resume #tip4day: both first name and surname should be in the filename. I have literally hundreds of Resume.docx in my work inbox. Yours is never the only one the recipient has in theirs, and usually far from it.
