@Sofia50020Sofia If I had to pick I would do the Heinz 57... ketchup should only be used to mask the flavor of a burnt steak. But if I could suggest A1 as an alternative I would pick that all day.

@chefsevenn It depends on the burger... This specific one seems to benefit quite nicely with the raw onions. But caramelized onions are quite tasty as well.

@chefsevenn Ketchup was never an option. Thats what you put on the food that needs to taste like ketchup lol. Im adding onions to the eggs, plus a bit of cheese, and covering the whole thing in maple syrup!
