I’m not familiar with the term “Constant Distance”. Are you referring to a Chordal Fillet? The cord length can be set by the tangent length(from theoretical intersection) or chordal distance between the tangent intersections. The final look would be similar to what you’re showing

Functional and Spatial reasoning is happening now. Today, in Fusion, you can prompt in Autodesk Assistant with natural language including dimensions and it responds with editable features in the tree. It reasons the parametric build order which is impressive on its own. Sure, it can get things wrong, it’s still learning. What ever. Now add in spatial and CAE context awareness and true functional parts are around the corner. I recently took an image of a pendant light, used image-to-mesh and 3d printed a replica. Easy to imagine that process simplified as image-to-CAD with editable segregated parts. It’s only a matter of time before image(s) can be automated direct to prototyping. Baby steps
