@TLRailUK why did the 0745 from London bridge to brighton leave a full minute early with no warning? I was walking towards the train, in no hurry to get on when it left, causing me to miss the start of my meeting later.

@TLRailUK There isn't time between the services to talk to staff or buy a ticket. So I really need you to save this situation and ensure I can take this train, there must be something you can do to right this.

@TLRailUK Thanks for your quick reply. I got on the next service to Gatwick. Please can you arrange for my thameslink season ticket to be accepted on the 0827 Southern from Gatwick to Brighton. It's literally the only way I'll be able to make my meeting now.

@TfL Thanks I've sent a message. Please update tfl.gov.uk/fares/refunds-…, it says you can call, but all paths related to contactless refunds lead to a message about the website then hanging up!

@TfL How do I apply for a refund on a journey where I tapped in by mistake (I already had a season ticket). Online says call the helpline. Helpline plays a recorded message saying go online then hangs up. Very frustrating!

@EssexEating @Padella_Pasta Maybe I was lucky but I've been twice, quite late, and got in without waiting at all. Both times they said the waiting list was full, but once they had a spare table for 1, and the other we offered to sit outside, under a cover and strong heater.

@TLRailUK Yes, I clicked resubmit, and it then provided a box where I could explain the timings and request a 30 minute refund, not a 15 minute one.

@TLRailUK claimed delay repay for sept 4th lbg -> btn, 8.35 -> 9.44. The train arrived at 10.14.05, then the doors opened after this time. Claimed for 30+ minute delay, but refund was for 15-29 minute delay. Please can you pay me the rest of the compensation?

@TLRailUK I resubmitted, explaining the issue and timings. Response was "Your application has been turned down as we have found an identical claim on our system". What time have you recorded this train arriving, exactly?
