@doctorcaldwell @MustBeMistry It’s only a “digital mess” if you have no clue what you’re doing. If, on the other hand, someone with even basic coding skills builds it you’ll reduce 100% of redundancy and save tons of time for patients and providers. It’s really not that hard.

Making your patients enter the same information more than once #1 reduces their willingness to answer accurately, #2 implies your processes are inefficient degrading trust, and worst of all #3 can result in conflicting data.
