@PTSDchat_ There are so many surviving 3Veterans, and I don't think they were prepared to take on such a load. I've seen young #Veterans and it always surprises me that there are so many "babies" who need the help! I'm one of the older dogs, and I hesitated for years to come in.

@PTSDchat_ The biggest barrier is the medical system believing that mental health is a choice, mental illness is suffered by the weak, and there is no correlation of it to our physical health Once they start realizing it’s all one organism, funding will make sense to them #ptsdchat

@PTSDchat_ There are so many surviving 3Veterans, and I don't think they were prepared to take on such a load. I've seen young #Veterans and it always surprises me that there are so many "babies" who need the help! I'm one of the older dogs, and I hesitated for years to come in.
