The drone in Leipzig was in a terrible state. It could not explode because it was set up wrongly and it could not fly because it was in a mess. He signed it MIGA ( Make Iran Great Again) 2. Under U.S. pressure, the European trio triggered the UN snapback on August 28, 2025. The Security Council sanctions that had been lifted came back. The psychological and economic effect showed up in the currency a few months later. 3. The protests sparked in the Tehran bazaar and got serious in early January. On January 2 Trump wrote that if Iran shoots and violently kills peaceful protesters, which is their custom, the United States will come to their rescue. Locked and loaded, ready to go. January 3, Venezuela operation, Maduro was taken out. 4. On January 5, Senator Lindsey Graham posed with Trump and a Make Iran Great Again hat. 5. On January 8 and 9, people came out nationwide, in the millions, answering Prince @PahlaviReza call. Mashhad, the largest city after Tehran, slipped out of control for a few hours. Araghchi, Regime's foreign minister, admitted the lapse. The internet was cut and a savage crackdown began. 6. @elonmusk , already reunited with Trump at New Year’s dinner after their falling out, oversaw X around January 9 and 10 as the platform switched Iran’s flag from the Islamic Republic emblem to the Imperial Lion and Sun flag. This is Pahlavi's flag. 7. On January 12 Graham went public with his support for Prince Reza Pahlavi. On January 14 they met, same hat: MIGA 8. On January 13 Trump wrote: Iranian Patriots, KEEP PROTESTING, TAKE OVER YOUR INSTITUTIONS. Save the names of the killers and abusers. They will pay a big price. I have cancelled all meetings with Iranian Officials until the senseless killing of protesters STOPS. HELP IS ON ITS WAY. MIGA. 9. The USS Abraham Lincoln was sent toward CENTCOM not long after, and the military buildup began. 10. With barely a word about the crackdown or the dead, Trump suddenly asked to restart nuclear talks. The Oman track moved forward while the CENTCOM buildup kept growing. 11. On February 14, at the prince’s call, the diaspora came out. In Toronto nearly 700,000 people were in the streets, one of the largest rallies North America has seen. In Munich, Graham showed up and stated his support for the prince @PahlaviReza and for Iranians. 12. On February 24 the CIA published a Farsi guide to a secure contact channel, because they knew the internet was about to go dark again. Mossad opened a Farsi Telegram channel when the war started. 13. On February 26 Araghchi wrote that they were close to a deal. On February 28 the war started with Khamenei removed. 14. As the war opened, Trump released his famous line: Ayatollah Khamenei is dead. then he added: " Finally, to the great proud people of Iran, I say tonight that the hour of your freedom is at hand. Stay sheltered. When we are finished, take over your government. It will be yours to take. This will be probably your only chance for generations." 15. Prince Reza Pahlavi put out a message with the same substance a few minutes after President Trump began speaking. 16. The Farsi Mossad account and Israel in Persian told people, more than once, to wait for the right moment. 17. Because the internet inside Iran was down, Admiral Brad Cooper, the CENTCOM commander, sat on March 23 with Iran International, a Farsi language outlet people were watching by satellite. The interview was translated and aired in Persian. He said it plainly: at some point there will be a clear signal, as the president has indicated, for you to come out. 18. During the war the regime turned the cities into a military zone and put up heavy checkpoints to search cars for guns. Some of those checkpoints were hit by drones. A lot of analysts think those strikes were a test, a feasibility check, so they could scale the drones later. 19. Trump started to talk openly about the killing of protesters, the numbers, and the cruelty, and said people cannot come out, especially with no weapons. 20. He said he had sent guns through the Kurds for the protesters, and that they kept the guns for themselves. 21. There was a ceasefire when the regime was one step from collapse, but it still managed to agree on a front man for talks. 22. Then came the MOU and an extremely generous offer if they would stop fighting. Oil and the stock market calmed down, and the attacks on Trump at home quieted too. The military buildup around Iran did not move. 23. As expected, the regime violated the ceasefire. Trump used that opening to wreck its ability to hold the Strait hostage. From mid July, CENTCOM came almost thirteen nights in a row, often right on the hour, hit, and left. The thirteenth night ended on July 23. 24. Then came the economic siege, and now the heavy outcourt Scott Bessent has set in motion. The target is the regime’s lifelines: the oil sales network, the money transfer routes, and the pipelines that bring in parts, reconstruction gear, and weapons. Cut those, and the machine that pays the IRGC and keeps the state standing starts to seize. 25. Trump’s Truth Social post tonight: I’m not trying to force Iran to the bargaining table, as ABC Fake News reported. I couldn’t care less if they sign a worthless, to them, agreement. I like our position now much better, with almost total control of the Hormuz Strait, and their economy totally collapsing. They are just playing out the inevitable. When are the Iranian people going to rise up and fight? 🔴Those are the signals. Trump has always said regime change has to be done by the people. The aim has been to help them finish what they started on January 8 and 9. If you watch the signals, especially Cooper’s interview and what he said straight to people inside Iran, the goal is to make the street safe. For reasons we do not have, they judged it still was not safe, and they likely moved to plan B. The pressure never stopped. Even during the MOU the buildup around Iran did not shrink. It grew. Anyone paying attention knew the MOU was about managing pressure and buying time, not about letting the regime off. 🔴As the prince has said more than once, Iranians themselves are the boots on the ground. They do not want a savior. They want help. They want an equalizer so one side is not empty handed and the other is not armed to the teeth with a command system still intact. Look closely and the plan from the start was to get that help to the people. Arming the public at scale from outside is not possible. What remains is degrading the regime’s forces, step by step. The regime had turned the country into a missile base and used the Strait to hold the world economy hostage. That blocked the next stage. That card is being taken away. The strategy never changed. The tactics did, because the facts on the ground changed. The regime’s lifelines, China, Russia, the UAE, Qatar, Pakistan, and above all Europe, were never dropped from the picture. Managing them and cutting their effect has been one of the biggest things Trump has done in these months. So it's obvious that Trump is trying to help Iranians finish the job they started in January 8 and 9. But let's revisit the reasons the January rising failed, even though it was nationwide and in the millions. 🔴Historically, regimes fall when three things arrive together. The street burns the old legitimacy. The repression machine loses coherence and coordination. The administrative and economic machine decides the old regime is finished and can picture a replacement. The fall completes when a coherent leadership and a clear plan are visible. In January, it was not only that repression stayed unified. It was also the calculating, cautious administrative class. Regimes do not survive on guns alone. They survive on the bank clerk, customs, the municipality, state TV, the judge, the mid level manager in the IRGC’s economic empire, and whoever draws a salary and an oil cut. These people are not necessarily believers. They count. As long as the only game in town is the regime itself, they go to work the next morning even if they hate it, because the child, the rent, the medicine, and the job still run through that system. Last time, people had to keep living inside the old order because no alternative was thinkable. This is also something that must be changed. That is why Trump, if he wants to help Iranians, needs Prince Reza Pahlavi. He already knows the Iraq and Afghanistan mistake. Falling the regime was not the disaster. Saddam went down in about a month. The disaster was the vacuum after, the chaos, and Americans trying to build a nation. Helping Iranians take the state themselves is the way around that. Shared enemy, shared interest. That is why Trump keeps drawing a bright line between the people and the regime, and why Iranian public opinion is not a side issue for him. You do not need Trump to say the name himself. The support went through @LindseyGrahamSC . Trump does not put his cards on the table until the last minute. He lets every group believe he is walking in their direction, so they do not resist for nothing and some of them get played. Prince @PahlaviReza is already the face of the transition. People inside and outside the country have taken their cue from him. He is the "only" one large numbers of Iranians actually Trust, and the one who can pull that force into one direction. We are getting closer to that moment. Trump is not idle. He is cutting or weakening the regime’s foreign lifelines one by one, including oil sales, money routes, and the flow of gear and weapons. From the CIA signal and from how Mossad works, you can be sure covert work is being prepared for the day it is needed. 🔴The day itself, as I see it, looks like this: The prince names a date again. Israel hits what is left of the senior and mid level command and the chain breaks. A no fly zone goes up, and American and Israeli aircraft give cover from the sky. The dissolution of the regime and the appointment of a transition government are announced by Prince Reza Pahlavi on national television. 🔴Iran will be free soon. Do not spend your energy on panic about what Trump is doing, or on fighting the regime’s hired voices online. Stay focused, stay ready, and wait for that moment.
