We've been using indeed but frankly the talent pool just hasn't been great. Going to do a new job posting, repost on Craiglist, and try to find some cleaners through Facebook. If anyone has any suggestions please let us know

2. Try and guess the spelling of customer names, if you get it say "love when I get it on the first try" if not say "thank you for the help I was way off!" ^ silly but gets a laugh every time, builds rapport
A couple tips: 1. Smile on the phone, always comes through and builds rapport with customers

Lesson #3: Get Customer's Name/Email/Phone/Address Before Giving Pricing - Idea here is to get them committed to process and gives you more phone time to build rapport - Makes customers less likely to to say no due to price as they don't want to restart with another company
