I think I'm overcomplicating commercial cleaning prices. Got someone today asking for a quote for a preschool for 2 hours a day, 5 days a week. Place is 3,000 Sq. Feet total and has 4 bathrooms. How should I calculate this?

Waited a day then followed up via text asking for them again. She sent over two first names and two numbers. Nothing else. Even though she knew her stuff in the interview, doing things like this make me not want to hire her. Points towards poor communication in the future.
