@imaginecurve thanks. Just sold all your CrowdFunded investors down the river. In your acquisition from Lloyds Banking, the CEO gets a huge payout, but in total small investors who put £14m in to get you going loose their money. Vote with your feet. @TheFCA look into this.

@SamsungUK seems you don't want to honour your 24-month warranty. My Flip Z3 screen has cracked along the join. This is a manufacturing defect. But you want £350 to fix it. Why? It has a small ding on the outside of the hinge. This voids my warranty? Think we need to discuss?

@vmbusinesshelp like trying to find a needle in a haystack. No response on any messaging system, hang on phone and it cuts you off after 30 mins every time. Time to find another supplier. losing about 50% of all packts right now

@vmbusiness I assume you will say it came up for a matter of moments within the 12 hour SLA. And now this is another issue starting the 12 hour clock again. Can’t run a business like this. Been slow all week since the last upgrade work. A fix is required, this is getting costly.
