@AndreasMoser007 Interessant weil ich schon Kanzleien kennengelernt habe, die im B2C eher eine RSV bevorzugen - Geld ist gesichert. Als Selbstzahler wird man eher abgewimmelt 😅 (Ich habe eine RSV für den Notfall und zahle meist eh selbst)

@TimDoering97 @BaekRyungg @comicschau Es ist kompliziert, aber hier wurde unternehmerisches Risiko auf den Cutter geladen, wahrscheinlich durfte er sich nicht auf Arbeitnehmerrechte berufen, hat den „Kanal“ eingebracht ursprünglich Sehe schon viele Punkte für eine Selbständigkeit gegeben.
