Remember the way you used to over-function before you know about boundaries. Keep that pattern in your past.
This pattern: You feel your presence making others uncomfortable, you absorb their feelings of discomfort, you feel their feelings as your own and of course feel bad, you minimize the discomfort by making yourself smaller. Meanwhile the whole time the answer was just boundaries

This is why in ancient times the holy sites. altars, pillars were placed in groves of trees. And also why the sensual beauty of the natural world was and is such a threat to patriarchy who would rather create artificial replications of nature than experience it’s real magic.
The word truth is derived from the Old English word triewe or treowe, meaning steadfast and faithful. The Pro-Indo-Europeans called it dreu that meant wood tree. Also related to the Greek word dryad, tree nymph, Celtic word Druid(shaman). In other words, truth is about trees.
Spending time listening to running water, rain, crickets, wind blowing, leaves falling from trees, bird songs, frogs, butterfly wings, trees and even the sound of flowers opening can retrain your ability to heart the truth. Ask your nature allies for a healing on your inner ears.
The same way that certain images are being shown to get you to close down your heart, certain inaudible sound frequencies are also being broadcasted as a way to create dissonance in the mental plane and get you to close your ear chakras and telepathic channels.
You can’t clearly hear the Earth, trees, wind and the waters if you don’t even stop speaking and instead get very still and quiet.

The ones who talk to plants and commune with trees. Those who make offerings to rivers, lakes, oceans & land spirits. Those who see the face of the Divine in nature and know that in our essence we are not separate from that beauty. Those are my people. We are the earth stewards.

sometimes the best thing that you can do is remind yourself that there are beaches, lakes, rivers, and ponds. there are forests. little woods and meadows. mountain cliffs. blue skies and rainy days. that the world turns. changes as much as it repeats.
Western medicine has failed schizophrenics. Shamans around the world will tell you that schizophrenics are a modern manifestation of prehistoric tribal shamans. They’re not viewed pathologically, but often as mediums bringing messages to the community from the spirit world.
Also, I’ve realised a personal red flag for me is men that have trouble sleeping/poor sleep hygiene. I don’t wish to expand 🤍
