Getting overstimulated in public sucks because people be thinking you have an attitude when really you just need 10 minutes of pure silence. 🤧
I’m officially at the age I don’t wanna be around people who aren’t self aware. continuously putting themselves in bad positions, making bad life choices, toxic ways/lifestyles, no priorities lacking accountability etc.
i genuinely lose interest when i see myself trying harder than you. i need my energy reciprocated.
stop letting people consume you. they didn’t call? go to sleep. they didn’t message you? put your phone down and have a better day. they left you on read? delete the conversation. they didn’t make an effort? match their energy. never let your happiness depend on anyone
I used to be terrified of death but now the idea of it seems so peaceful to me… no symptoms, no noisy neighbours, no expectations, no disappointment, no gaslighting, no fighting, no pain, nothing to prove… just blissful nothingness 😌 freedom that I can no longer have in life
