Based on the feedback from our 9,000 investors, we’ve evolved the syndicate from focusing on early-stage startups to securing allocations directly with founders of late-stage, pre-IPO companies We asked a half-dozen billion-dollar startup founders (and their CFOs) if they would give us a $ 1- 20 m allocation — and we're batting 100% at this point. We only do an SPV when we can do it directly and with the founder and CFO's blessing. All these shady and fraudulent SPVs have burned our members, so we’ve built a new platform that's rock-solid.
