Was on Zoloft for 2 years. Extreme confrontation of buried pain combined with working out got me breathing colors again and off castration drugs.

True story - I was 20 - Major depression & isolation - Saw a doctor who told me I could do two things: 1. Take lexapro or 2. Start working out I chose 1 for a couple weeks, then switched to 2 and never turned back. Shit works.
