also took 4 hours of calling @sdccu to get a travel specialist to look at the situation. Hate to complain about @sdccu but this situation sucks and they were not willing to help at all. Would not want to see this happen to anyone else.

But hotel said it was prepaid so they wouldn't cancel it. Called @sdccu 6 times in the following week to get a refund and they wouldn't help. So now we're out all of our points/ $$ and @sdccu doesn't seem to care.

Warning for anyone using @sdccu to book travel using points- we did and were ripped off. Booked a hotel through @sdccu and when we got to the hotel it was a different name than what we booked, in terrible condition and unsafe for our family to stay. Tried to cancel
