@HackingDave Now you need to install some solar panels on the roof, and build a battery. I put 1200w worth of panels and built an 330Ah 48V battery with solar inverter charger and a step-down for the 12V system on mine.

@HackingDave Looks nice! Congrats! I went the toy hauler route a few years ago. Originally to haul ATVs, but replaced those with a SxS last year. Hauled the trailer to Alaska and back in 2024 (without toys, ~8,000 mile round trip). Getting ready to head up north camping in a couple weeks.

I made the decision to build @GraphnAISec to be model agnostic very early on. My theory was that context and harness were more important than model. That no matter which model provider you chose, you could achieve the desired results with the right harness and context. I haven't shared this outside of a few demos until now, but the capability has been there for months. Full freedom to choose which provider(s) and model(s) to use with GraphnAI's Multi-Agent Intelligence Service. Each of the 6 agents can be individually configured with a model of your choice, as well as fallback choices if your preferred model is unavailable. I also theorized that organizations would become cost conscious with their token spend. So, I built accounting features with configurable limits to prevent you from unexpectedly exceeding your budget. Full transparency around not only how many tokens the platform is using, but how they're being used. Measurable ROI of agentic activity. Recent news has proven these to be wise decisions.

After days of Claude Fable 5 slowly chugging along working on something, and me wondering how anyone is hitting limits on MAX 20x plan... It suddenly decided to spawn 37 agents to review the work it just completed and ate up the entire 5 hour limit in 27 minutes.

Reminds me of my early PFE days when I had to fly to Alaska last minute because a customer was experiencing AD authentication issues. I get there, nothing wrong with the DCs, but nothing outside the datacenter can auth. Run packet captures, smells like network issue. Customer swears it isn't. On a hunch, I ask them if they recently rotated keys on a TACLANE (classified network), they say no, but they just upgraded one right before the issue started. Lucky for them I was former USAF and still in the ANG at the time, with experience managing TACLANEs. I tell them to rotate keys on both ends. Problem solved. Customer POC is super embarrassed for calling in a crit-sit when it wasn't remotely a MSFT problem.
@HackingLZ Ahh yes, the mediocre chain restaurant that recently sparked controversy over a logo change they ended up reverting is definitely going to become a frontier AI lab. Their first model "Uncle Herschel" will be trained exclusively on chicken fried chicken recipes.
@troyhunt This is both sad and awesome at the same time.
Compact tractor with a front-end loader and attachments that can easily be swapped around is far cheaper and probably more useful. Grapple is one of the best things I bought for mine. I also have pallet forks, a bucket, and 54" snowblower for it. 60" belly mower, and a brush hog that attaches to the rear PTO too. Bucket gets used the least. My neighbors have a skidsteer (they work in construction), but I rarely see them use it around their property.

I gave Fable a complex spec to implement last night. It split it into 6 slices. 17 hours later, it's still working on the 3rd slice. It's working so slowly, that my MAX plan token limits will reset before it ever exhausts it. I don't know how anyone is burning through token budget with how slow it is at using them right now.
@QuinnyPig I'll refuse to work on Cybersecurity even though it's my specialty, then pawn the work off on an intern... for the right amount of money of course. I'll even tell you "You're absolutely right." from time to time, but that costs extra. 😉
