Some people are 40 but feel like they're 25. Other people are 25 while feeling like they're 40. The only difference is in how they care of their body.
@FitFounder I have to disagree with you here Dan! I know people who are meticulous about their health at 50-60 and they still feel like death simply due to age. I hate the saying “age is just a number” because it’s such nonsense. Things break, more soreness, less energy, etc.

@FitFounder Good point. Now that I think about it, I've been feeling younger every day. Currently 1 year into sobriety and 6 months into working out minimum 3 times per week.

@FitFounder You could replace the number ‘40’ with 50, 60, or 70 because there are people in those age categories that feel 25, as well.
@FitFounder And their mind. If you’re constantly stressed, anxious and worried the strain will take its toil.
@FitFounder The second sentence was me during college. I fixed that though with more mobility/flexibility focus. Flexibility training is strength training for BOTH muscle strength AND joint strength.
@FitFounder I'm starting young to make sure I don't feel like crap in the future. I see too many of my peers ruining their bodies at such a young age.
