Proud early adopter here! Base44 had changed my life to the tune of over £17,000 and counting. Being an entrepreneur and a toddler dad is serious graft! But I love every minute of it! Knowing that my son will grow up in a financially sound environment and experience everything great that the world has to offer, is worth every hour of time spent on building my business and working with my clients. The great thing is, I get to see my son every day for many hours, before getting to work on my business ventures and also putting in some hours with my regular job. One thing is for sure though; Sleep has become more important to me than ever! I just invested in some duck feather pillows, and I feel the same as when I invested in a MacBook Pro! Why I didn't do this sooner I'll never know, but better late than never! I've never had too much trouble getting to sleep, but the quality of sleep was hit and miss. Now I sleep like a log every night, the pillows are amazing! So, any entrepreneurs out there who are grafting and need a good night's sleep - invest in some duck feather pillows!!!

Tulum is on the Yucatan peninsula in Quintana Roo. It's a beautiful town with one of the most stunning beaches in the world. I wonder if @hunterjisaacson can tell me if the seaweed problem is under control yet? The last time we visited Riviera Maya it was pretty bad, about 5 years ago. Never been to the Baja / Los Cabos side but Puerta Vallarta on the Pacific coast is also incredibly beautiful and a little less touristy. This property looks amazing though, will definitely stay in the loop with the progress, good luck with it!

What is your cost for the regenerations? I still feel the cost of video gen has to come down considerably before utilities like this can just regenerate enough times until the user is happy without using too many credits. Great idea though, I've dabbled with similar projects, hoping to launch one soon

Any kinda of relationship with a traditional businesses that is assisting them with future proofing themselves / saving / making them more money is the way to make it in the AI age. Believe it or not, there are still people out their who have no idea about AI and no interest in ever learning about it. They're also very busy but if you can help them earn more, they will talk to you for sure. Build them a custom product, sell it to them monthly forever more. Rinse and repeat.
