.@amazon and @Walmart drivers leaving packages outside senior housing apartments. No gate code. The doors lock. Drivers are supposed to call the phone number on the package so the resident can come down. Leaving packages outside the building is not acceptable. 😕

Supposed to receive a delivery from @Walmart Pharmacy around 10am but it never came. Just a notification on my phone telling me it was delivered at 10:14am. I’ve already contacted the pharmacy. I suspect the delivery driver stole my medication.

Employee @JackBox walked away while I was placing my order… Then stole about $3 in change from me as I was putting my money away. Chronically understaffed at peak hours. Location: Beach and Ellis in Huntington Beach, CA. Happened around 5pm. I went to @PandaExpress instead. 🐼

English needs to be a basic requirement for @Lyft drivers. I just had a driver cancel on me because he could not understand where I was trying to direct him. This is completely unacceptable.
