@neocon53 @NATHANINSOCAL @Alexfeinberg Some countries (probably not China, but I forget) have some fun cross-border tax agreements, which could eventually end up with their local tax bill/enforcement being a surprise. That said, it won't happen with an underfunded US tax office.

@Geiger_Capital If the author of the clause wanted the clause to say that, he should've written it in the clause he was writing. He didn't. Then everyone votes on what it said, not whatever he may have meant it to say. Want to change the clause? That's what amendments are for.
