I’m in the Giants need to draft a QB party. In trading to 3, I want Daniels but recognize it’s probably Maye. I would like to keep the cost at pick 6, 2025 first and 2025 3rd. If we pay more than that I’ll be happy we got our guy but nervous about what extra we gave up.

1 thing we know for sure is with Joe Schoen nobody knows what the hell the Giants are doing. With Gettleman it felt like we were all in the war room together lol. Including other teams.
If Slayton ends up getting an extension from us or another team he should break Wink or Cousins with some dough. If we lost that Minn playoff game after that drop his career would have been over lol

Two things that just don’t add up for me is that apparently the #NYGiants were in on Brandon Aiyuk. If the only QB they wanted was Maye but they had to trade 47 and next year’s 1st. In what world would we have gotten Aiyuk? Did we want Nabers and Aiyuk? Joe Alt and Aiyuk?

@CoachRay3232 @realmaceblack I got you. However, with the exception of Neal (who was a consensus top 10 pick), most of Schoen's misses have been on defense. And I truly believe Wink had to do with that. Schoen even admitted in his first draft he didn't understand the players Wink wanted.

@CoachRay3232 @realmaceblack Schoen's deserves some draft criticism for sure. But I suspect that Phillips will end up starting. I could see Bellinger holding TE1, but I think the snap counts between him and Johnson will be so close it will be a moot point. Will be interesting to see how it plays out.
Those picks are going into Year 3. I'm not ready to call them busts just yet. Not with young offensive linemen in today's game. I'll say it again: the process being built is the first step. The results don't always work out. You need both to win and stick around.
