Not a revelatory comment by any stretch but this Draft will tell us all we need to know about the Joe Schoen tenure with the Giants...and of course Daboll.
My feeling is that if the Giants can't get Maye or Daniels, and when pick 6 comes JJ is still on the board, the Giants will be weighing whether to pick JJ or entertain trade offers from the Broncos and the Vikings, either of whom may offer compelling trade alternatives.
For those of you who are advocating for the Giants to take a WR and roll with Daniel Jones, let me ask you a "no troll" question: If the Giant's were inclined to trade Daniel Jones for fair value to one of these QB needy teams, what do you think they could get for him?

Thought that the Michael Penix Jr & Drake Maye pro days really showed the contrast in the QBs. Penix is a machine throwing it over and over. Maye loses control of his throws more than any of the top QBs in consideration. Penix is being underrated. He should be a Top 20 pick

Also: I wouldn’t be surprised to see Joe Schoen move back from 47 if he can pick up another Day 2 future like he did in 2022. He mentioned they are “not one player away” multiple times this process The #Giants under Schoen have been incredibly active on the phones during drafts.
