@AmericanAir I was scheduled to fly home to Louisiana two weeks ago, but an ATC delay caused me to miss my mid-afternoon flight. Instead of a simple solution, American rerouted me through D.C., forcing me to wake up at 5 AM and take two extra flights. This was incredibly inconvenient and no voucher was ever offered.
