This subtle reframing of “parks illegally on the sidewalk” as “blocks pedestrians” is entirely intended to allow some sidewalk parking. It’s bad because it’s illegal. Period. Regardless of anything.

@Buffalogal I agree but the unfortunate truth of it is the TV deal for the WNBA is only $60 million. It does expire in 2025 and with the momentum that the league currently has it should be a much better deal the next time around which will raise salaries.
